Inter Caves is part of a nationwide (France) chain of wine shops. They specialise in mainly French wines and they call themselves "Les Chevaliers du Vins" - The Knights of Wine. Wines are sourced from individual growers and small chateau and the knight of this shop Marcel Van Tittelboom is most eloquent about his selection.

Uniquely, they have an impressively large range of bag-in-the-box wines under the Reservavin label. This means you can keep on tapping the box until empty for at least a month without loss of quality. Or bring it to parties as an alternative to several bottles and sae money in the process.

Open: Tuesday to Saturday 9.00 am to 6.00pm. Closed Mondays and August

Getting There:

From the ferry terminal follow signs to Centre Ville (second exit off the roundabout). Continue straight on (railway on the right). At the end of the road turn right onto Rue Mollien. Inter Caves is 200 yards on the left close to some traffic lights.
