CPH, formerly Perardel, offers a pleasing mix of mid-range Burgundies, clarets and white wines plus a great range from around France, including those you would need to sell the silver to buy.
This outlet has its origins in Reims, France's most prolific Champagne producing region, so perhaps its not surprising that their Champagne section simple fizzles with variety. The range includes interesting selection of those from lessor known Champagne producers.
