Cheers Wine and Beer Warehouse has opened up again in Calais, this time sporting a shiny new layout. As you browse around you'll come across a bargain corner and if you want to try-before you buy, head for the summer parasols in the middle of the warehouse. On offer is a wine-tasting section with selection of party wines available to swig before you part with your cash. Overall Cheers Wine and Beer Warehouse offers good value beers and a varied range of popular easy-drinking wines for less than a fiver a bottle.

Getting There:

From the ferry port: Take the A26 motorway leaving at junction (sortie) 3 towards Z I Marcel Doret (approximately 2 miles). Left at first roundabout then right at second roundabout and left at third roundabout.

From Eurotunnel: Take the A16 to Calais and exit at junction (sortie) 18 following signs to Car Ferry. This takes you onto the A26 motorway. Leave at junction (sortie) 3 towards Z I Marcel Doret (approximately 2 miles). Left at first roundabout then right at second roundabout and left at third roundabout.
