This 30's art-deco Paris Bistro themed restaurant is located right in the heart of Calais not too far from the beach and yet in the thick of Calais' night life.
The restaurant, run by fourth generation restarateurs Patrick (the chef, who learned his trade in Paris) and Claire Comte who manages the restaurant, is a joy to eat in. The decor is stylish and the food wholesome and all in a convivial atmosphere. The menu offers traditional French fare offering a mix of steaks and fish dishes that are arranged beautifully, and some dishes are chargrilled on an open oven and served immediately.
There's also a good wine list and advice on-hand for the pefect food pairing.
